Job Description: Store Visual Merchandiser (VM)Brand: Address Home - Luxury Home Dcor

Location: Kolkata Store

Department: Retail Operations / Visual Merchandising

Experience: 2-5 years in Retail VM, preferably in Luxury/Home Dcor/Fashion Retail

Key Responsibilities :

1. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

- Execute seasonal floor plans, window displays, and product vignettes aligned with brand guidelines
- Create luxury-themed set-ups that highlight key categories: furniture, dcor, lighting, and accessories
- Ensure 100% compliance to brand VM standards, color stories, and storytelling across the store

2. Space Planning & Product Presentation

- Plan optimal product placement for maximum visibility and sales impact
- Rotate displays regularly to keep the store fresh and drive repeat visits
- Coordinate with buying team for current arrivals and hero product launches

3. Store Maintenance & Standards





- Maintain cleanliness, lighting, props, and overall ambiance of the store
- Manage VM props, mannequins, signage, and backroom VM inventory
- Conduct daily VM audits and share reports with Regional VM/HO

4. Collaboration

- Work closely with Store Manager, Sales team, and HO VM team to align on campaigns, festivals, and promotions
- Train sales staff on product stories and how to maintain VM during business hours
- Support store events, influencer visits, and VIP walkthroughs

5. Trend & Market Connect

- Keep track of Kolkata market trends, competitor VM, and luxury retail benchmarks.
