Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate skill development and vocational training initiatives, ensuring effective planning, implementation, monitoring and achievement of project objectives.
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities including trainee mobilization, centre readiness, training, assessments, certification and closure.
- Track targets, timelines, deliverables, budgets and outcomes; coordinate with Amrita teams, partners and field teams.
- Support NCVET/NCVT, NSQF, accreditation/affiliation, qualification, assessment and certification processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation; coordinate with government bodies, awarding bodies, Sector Skill Councils and assessment agencies.
- Coordinate with trainers, assessors and training centres to ensure quality and timely training delivery.
- Monitor enrolment, attendance, training progress, assessments, certification and key project indicators.
- Conduct/coordinate field visits, identify gaps and facilitate corrective action.
- Maintain accurate trainee, training, assessment, certification and project records.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards,



progress reports and presentations for Amrita management, partners and donors.
- Support audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
- Monitor training quality, learner outcomes and project performance against targets.
- Identify challenges, recommend improvements and document project outcomes, success stories and impact.

Experience

- 5+ years in skill development, vocational education, training/CSR projects or project coordination.
- Knowledge of NCVET/NCVT, NSQF and Skill India preferred.
- Solid MIS, stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills.
