About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BFSI & Bulk Hiring Recruiter who can independently manage high-volume recruitment requirements across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BFSI hiring, bulk recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer-to-joining closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI and bulk hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases and other recruitment channels.
- Handle volume/mass hiring for multiple positions and locations simultaneously.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary and notice period.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess suitability for the requirement.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and business/client teams.




- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing BFSI requirements.
- Minimize candidate dropouts through effective engagement and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal HR, recruitment and business teams to ensure timely closures.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4 to 10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI or bulk hiring.
- Strong hands-on experience in Volume Hiring / Mass Hiring / Bulk Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Fintech, Collections, Sales, Operations, FOS, CASA, Credit or other BFSI roles will be preferred.
- Solid sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and candidate management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
