Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and motivate team members and shift managers
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely order dispatch
- Manage inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage
- Handle daily cash, petty expenses, and sales reports
- Maintain operational checklists, reports, and audits
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is functional and well-maintained
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Supply Chain teams
- Plan shift rosters and manage staff attendance
- Drive team performance and ensure customer satisfaction
