Key Responsibilities:

- Develop training programs for various stakeholders, including sales teams, customer service representatives, and leadership staff.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill and knowledge gaps.
- Design and deliver behavioural and soft skills training programs covering communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and personality development.
- Manage end-to-end Learning & Development initiatives from planning through evaluation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful training content.

Desired Experience:





- 10-15 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Expertise in Soft Skills Training, Behavioral Training, Process Training, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, and Personality Development.
- Proven experience in conducting TNA and designing effective training interventions.
