We are hiring for Sr. Accountant - Record to report position.

Role Requirements:

- Proven experience in the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
- Prior experience handling international clients.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in the European region.

Job responsibilities:

1. Perform Reconciliations for GL accounts, including Fixed Assets and Intercompany balances.
2. Maintain Fixed Assets register and process depreciation in line with company policies.
3. Handle Depreciation Accounting and monthly/quarterly adjustments.
4. Perform GL Accounting Maintenance including journal entries, accruals, and reclasses .
5. Manage Intercompany Reconciliations, settlements, and variance analysis.
6. Lead Month-end Close activities including Balance Sheet and P&L; preparation.
7.



Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
8. Possess robust understanding of Payables, Receivables, and Payroll processes from an R2R perspective.
9. Prepare and review financial reports, schedules, and reconciliations. Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.

Working Days - Mon to Fri

Shifts - Day shifts (11am to 8pm / 12pm to 9pm)

Work Mode - Work from office

Work Location - Andheri, 10 mins walking distance from JB Nagar/Chakala metro station.
