NLB is hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and strong exposure to the US staffing market.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and strong exposure to the US staffing market.

Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements for US-based clients
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment databases
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and client deadlines

Qualifications
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)




- Experience working with US clients and vendors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US Shift)
- Good knowledge of IT skills and technologies

Required Skills
