As the Head of Strategy, you will define business, brand, and digital strategies, guide cross-functional teams, influence executive stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will also play a key role in shaping the company's consulting capabilities, thought leadership, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Consulting
- Lead end-to-end strategic consulting engagements across business, brand, marketing, digital, AI, and customer experience.
- Partner with CXOs and senior leadership teams to understand business priorities and define growth strategies.
- Develop corporate, business, and digital transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
- Translate market insights into actionable business recommendations.

Business & Market Intelligence




- Conduct in-depth market, industry, customer, and competitor research.
- Identify emerging trends, technology shifts, and innovation opportunities.
- Evaluate business models, revenue streams, and market positioning.
- Recommend strategies to improve profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency.

Brand & Customer Strategy
- Define brand positioning, value propositions, and customer segmentation.
- Design customer journey and experience strategies.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for current products, services, and markets.
- Ensure consistency between business objectives, brand strategy, and customer experience.

Digital & AI Transformation
- Advise clients on digital transformation initiatives, automation, AI adoption, and technology enablement.
