Job Title: Assistant Manager - CQ Service

Responsibilities

- Frequently Interact with OEM customer for Customer warranty concern, closure of issues
- Lead Zone team to fix customer issues quick, ensure end customer satisfaction, and improve processes within TAT Responsibility
- Participate in New product development ensure proper input during Validation of the product.
- Ensure product awareness training in field
- Capture competitor information through benchmarking.
- Capture Emerging applications Current Product issues for all OEMs.
- Ensure Retro activity, if initiated in specific zone.
- Mange a team of 2-3 people
- Attend field issues closure. Monitor Service TAT ( Turn-Around-Time)

Qualifications

- Any Grad/Any BE/Diploma

Experience

- 8-12Yrs

Additional Requirement

- Team leader, Travelling across West Zone ( Gujrat, Maharashtra Madhya Pradesh)
