Job Summary

The Live Claims Insurance Executive is responsible for handling live insurance claims from first notification through coordination and resolution. The role ensures timely claim registration, document validation, stakeholder communication, policy verification, and adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and register live insurance claims accurately.
- Verify policy coverage and claimant details.
- Review claim documents and identify missing information.
- Coordinate with customers, surveyors, garages, hospitals, brokers, and underwriters as applicable.
- Monitor claim progress and provide timely status updates.
- Ensure claims are processed within agreed turnaround times (SLAs).
- Escalate complex, fraudulent, or high-value claims.
- Maintain accurate records in the claims management system.
- Comply with company policies,



insurance regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 12 years of insurance claims experience.
- Knowledge of motor, medical, property, or commercial claims is preferred.
- Robust communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and claims management systems.
