Job Title: Creative Head - Government Projects

Reporting: CEO Office Location: 3A, 6th Floor, Bhutani Corporate Tower, Sector 32, Noida 201301

Role Overview: Creative Head Strategy & Servicing will be the bridge between clients, strategy, and creative execution. This role owns the journey from client brief to compelling idea to creating and winning presentation, ensuring that every solution is insight-led, creatively bold, and commercially sound.

This is a leadership role for someone who thinks in ideas, speaks in clarity, and presents with conviction

Experience & Background

• 10+ years of experience in advertising, experiential marketing, events, or integrated agencies

• Prior experience in a senior creative, strategy, or client-servicing leadership role

• Strong exposure to pitching, presentations, and senior client interactions

• Experience working on large brands, government,



or complex multi-stakeholder projects is a plus Key Skills & Competencies Required for this role:

Key Responsibilities

Client Understanding & Strategic Thinking

Deeply understand client briefs, business objectives, budgets, and constraints.

Handle client feedback with maturity and translate it into actionable revisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with servicing, production, and operations teams to ensure ideas are executable.
