Job Title:Corporate Strategy-Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Purpose:-

DreamFolks is looking for a high-impact Data Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge the gap between complex company data and strategic business decisions by turning raw numbers into clear, actionable insights. The incumbent will analyze market trends and internal performance to help leaders optimize operations and increase profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Building data models, dashboards, and market insights to directly shape executive long-term planning, resource allocation, and corporate growth initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end data pipelines collection, validation, cleansing, and ingestion from multiple sources to ensure accuracy before analysis.
- Maintain master datasets, trackers, and databases as a single source of truth; ensure timely and accurate data inputs from relevant teams.
- Translate high-level corporate goals into measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic milestones
- Conduct external market research, industry trend forecasting, and competitor benchmarking to spot new business expansion opportunities.
- Run scenario analyses and predictive modeling to help executives navigate risk, investments, and organizational scaling




- Exceptional data storytelling skills to present complex findings to non-technical C-suite executives.
- Monitor performance against defined KPIs, compile management reports, and flag anomalies proactively.
- Perform data wrangling, transformation, and normalization to make raw data analysis-ready; apply appropriate data models for multi-dimensional reporting.
- Identify gaps in data capture processes and coordinate with tech/ops teams to improve data collection infrastructure and system integrations.
- Automate data ingestion, transformation, and report refresh workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to standardize data inputs, define reporting templates, and ensure consistency across functions.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders for day-to-day activities and drive structured communication across teams.
- Derive insights on revenue improvement, operational optimization, margin enhancement, and recent market opportunities backed by rigorous quantitative analysis.

Work Experience & Qualification:-

- MBA /B.Tech/M.Tech from a reputed institute with excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms will be an added advantage.
- Preferred experience: exposure in travel-tech, fintech, digital payments, card networks, loyalty ecosystems, or credit card-linked consumer platforms will be preferred
