Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks, tools, and test infrastructure for UI, API, backend, and integration testing.
- Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability, quality, reliability, and maintainability of software design and implementation.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable quality gates for builds, deployments, and releases.
- Strong knowledge and expierence with multi-threading and asynchronous processing, stacks and queues.
- Hands on with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or GCP to validate distributed systems, services, deployments, and workplace reliability.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in Python, GRPC, REST APIs/web services, HTML, XML/JSON, databases, and backend validation.
- Programming in Golang is a plus
- Contribute to performance, scalability, and reliability testing by validating system behavior under load and identifying bottlenecks.
- Leverage AI tools and capabilities to improve test case generation, defect analysis, log analysis, test data creation, automation productivity, and overall test coverage.
- Evaluate and adopt AI-driven QA practices such as intelligent test generation,



flaky test detection, self-healing automation, anomaly detection, and smart regression selection where applicable.
- Conduct regular knowledge-sharing and ramp-up sessions within the SDET team on latest tools, technologies, automation practices, and AI-enabled testing trends.
- Mentor team members and contribute to improving team productivity, engineering quality, and release confidence.

Skills and Expertise Required

- Strong experience in application performance optimization, runtime troubleshooting, and ownership of project deliverables.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Sonar, CircleCI, and CI/CD practices.
- Exposure to performance testing tools such as Locust or JMeter.
- Hands-on experience in mobile automation for Android and iOS using Appium
- Preferred Experience in video playback testing, test log analysis, test reporting, and regular status communication.
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of media tools such as FFmpeg and MediaInfo.
- Experience in the streaming media or Server-Side Ad Insertion industry.
