M/s. Mangala Shree Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Tendering Expert to independently handle all tender-related work for the company's civil construction projects, including ongoing and upcoming Works

Key Responsibilities:

- Searching and identifying relevant tenders (government/private) suitable for the company on portals such as GeM, e-Procurement (Bihar/State), CPPP, and other tendering websites
- Downloading, studying, and analyzing tender documents (NIT, BOQ, technical & financial bid conditions, eligibility criteria, etc.)
- Preparing and filling online/offline tender applications accurately and within deadlines
- Compiling and arranging all required documents for tender submission (company registration, GST, PAN, experience certificates, EMD, technical bids, financial bids, etc.)
- Coordinating with management, accounts, and technical team to gather documents/rates required for tender submission
- Tracking tender status, result announcements, and follow-up after submission
- Maintaining proper records of all tenders applied, submitted, won,



or rejected
- Keeping track of upcoming tender opportunities and renewal of registrations/certificates required for tendering
- Coordinating for EMD/security deposit, bank guarantee, and other tender-related formalities

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; Civil Engineering background or prior tendering experience preferred
- Prior experience in tendering/bidding work, preferably in civil construction, infrastructure, or government project tenders
- Good knowledge of online tendering portals (GeM, e-Procurement, CPPP, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, valuable with documentation and deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams
