Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and market-connected leader to drive business growth in the Pune residential market. The role requires a strong business development mindset, strong execution capability, and the ability to manage large teams while driving consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development and revenue growth for the Pune market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key market stakeholders.
- Handle and manage a 10+ member sales team, ensuring productivity and target achievement.
- Work closely with the City Lead on overall business planning and execution.
- Be highly target and number-oriented, with a robust focus on revenue delivery.
- Maintain strong connect with ground teams, ensuring high engagement, motivation, and performance.
- Identify new project mandates and expand market presence across Pune micro-markets.




- Develop strategies to improve sales velocity, inventory movement, and client engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, sourcing, and closing teams to ensure seamless execution.

Reporting Structure:

- Directly report to the City Lead

Candidate Profile:

- Proven business development presence in the real estate market.
- Strong understanding of Pune residential market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive numbers and manage high-pressure targets.
- Hands-on leader with strong connect with on-ground teams.
- Well-networked within the Pune/Mumbai real estate ecosystem (developers, IPCs, brokers).
- Based in Pune or Mumbai with strong Pune market exposure.

Experience:
8-15 years in residential real estate sales/business development.
