Position Summary: We are hiring dynamic and passionate individuals to join our new XR Development Centre, where creativity meets cutting-edge technology. As a Junior Unity Developer, you will be part of a team developing immersive Virtual Reality (VR) training simulations and interactive experiences for platforms such as HTC Vive and Oculus Quest. Responsibilities

- Design and develop immersive and interactive VR training simulations.
- Implement gameplay mechanics, UI/UX, and controls using Unity3D and C#.
- Collaborate with 3D artists, designers, and engineers to integrate models, textures, animations, and effects.
- Assist in managing and executing XR development projects from concept to deployment.
- Plan and apply VR and XR technologies effectively based on project requirements.
- Translate design specifications into functional, engaging, and scalable applications.
- Write productive, reusable, and reliable C# code.
- Participate in daily stand-ups,



sprint planning, and QA/testing processes.

Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience creating VR training simulations (academic or internship projects count!).
- Proficient in Unity3D and C# programming.
- Good understanding of VR/AR/XR principles and platforms.
- Familiar with HTC Vive, Oculus Quest, or similar VR hardware.
- Knowledge of Unity animation system, particle system, lighting, and physics.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

- Familiarity with Unity XR Interaction Toolkit or similar frameworks.
- 3D modeling tools (Blender, Maya) or experience integrating assets.
- Basic understanding of Agile development workflows.
