As a Project Manager specializing in SAP Business One Functional, your primary responsibility is to manage and oversee the successful

implementation and delivery of SAP Business One software solutions to clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including

business analysts, developers, consultants, and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, meet client requirements,

and are delivered within the allocated time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure successful execution.

- Stakeholder Management: Interact with clients, business users, and stakeholders to understand their requirements, gather

feedback, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain regular communication and provide status

updates on project progress.

- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to gather and analyze client requirements.

Translate business needs into SAP Business One system functionalities and processes.

- Team Coordination: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including functional consultants, technical developers,

and business analysts. Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration.

- Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements specifications,

functional designs, test plans, and user manuals. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible to

relevant stakeholders.

- Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address potential





obstacles that may impact project timelines, scope, or quality. Proactively manage changes and ensure adherence to change

control processes.

- Quality Assurance: Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP

Business One solutions. Conduct regular reviews and testing to validate system functionality and adherence to client

requirements.

- Training and Support: Collaborate with trainers and support teams to develop training materials and deliver training sessions to

end-users. Provide post-implementation support and address any issues or questions raised by users.

- Project Evaluation and Closure: Conduct project evaluations to assess project success, identify areas for improvement, and

capture lessons learned. Ensure proper project closure activities, including final documentation, handover, and transition to

support teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP Business One Functional implementation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Business One system functionalities, modules, and configurations.
- Strong understanding of business processes across various industries.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing project resources.
- Ability to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into system functionalities, and define project scope.
- Proficiency in risk management, issue resolution, and change management processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges and make informed decisions.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- SAP Business One certification.
