Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

* Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements

* Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment.

* Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to source, screen, and coordinate with candidates effectively.

* Target-oriented and willing to work in a quick-paced recruitment environment.
