- Visit branches as per the audit schedule.
- Review loan files, customer documentation and underwriting quality.
- Check compliance with MFI and microfinance product norms.
- Verify field processes, collections and customer authenticity.
- Share audit observations and follow up for closure.
- Prepare clear and timely audit reports.
- Travel across assigned regions and cover 18 to 20 branches per quarter.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Microfinance, MFI or similar products.
- Robust understanding of credit, field audits and documentation.
- Local language fluency is mandatory.
- Finance background preferred.
- Experience in banking or fintech is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with extensive travel.
