Job Description:
Manage all engineering deliverables aligned to vehicle program objectives.
Own and drive program execution, planning, load assessment, and milestone achievement.
Ensure successful program development and achievement of TKO sign-off.
Monitor and manage key program KPIs covering Quality, Cost, Performance, and Planning.
Ensure vehicle timing, deliverables, and technical requirements are communicated and executed by engineering teams (DREs)
Support engineering change management activities including CCD, CN, IAA approvals, supplier alignment, and implementation planning.
Serve as the primary interface between EEHD, vehicle teams, project teams, and stakeholders.
Provide launch support at assembly plants and ensure readiness for vehicle production.
