Role & responsibilities

Affiliate Program Scale & Management

- Build & Execute Acquisition Strategies: Design and implement systematic outreach campaigns to recruit high-performing affiliates, including trading educators, community leaders, financial content creators, and media partners.

- Affiliate Structuring & Optimization: Define, test, and optimize competitive commission models (such as CPA structures on challenge purchases, tiered performance bonuses, or hybrid revenue splits).

- Relationship & Partner Success: Act as the primary growth partner for our affiliates, onboarding them, providing promotional assets, tracking their traffic/conversions, and keeping engagement high.

- Fraud Prevention & Quality Control: Monitor affiliate traffic quality and conversion metrics to ensure high retention, clean conversion data, and alignment with platform growth standards.

Content Support & Campaign Copy

- Affiliate Toolkits & Collateral: Create high-converting promotional kits for affiliates (banner creatives, email swipe copy, landing page hooks, and payout proof graphics) so they can effortlessly promote Tradescape.

- Growth Marketing Collateral: Draft crisp,



direct response copy and social media scripts highlighting our core pillars (FIU registration, 7-day payouts, 100% profit split) to support partner campaigns and general user acquisition.

Preferred candidate profile

- Affiliate Experience: Proven, hands-on experience (1-3+ years) in growing, managing, and scaling affiliate or partner programs (experience in fintech, trading apps, SaaS, or performance marketing is a strong advantage).

- Crypto/Web3 Familiarity: A solid understanding or genuine interest in the crypto trading space is a great asset, but an aggressive growth mindset and deep affiliate marketing execution skills are far more significant.

- Results & Data Driven: You understand metrics like CPA, conversion rates, attribution tracking, and partner ROI. You know how to read data dashboards and double down on what works.

- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional relationship-building skills; you know how to pitch partners, structure win-win commission deals, and manage talent effectively
