Role Summary

The Research Analyst will be responsible for researching, validating and maintaining high-quality healthcare information for the UK market. The role requires gathering, evaluating and interpreting data from credible sources, producing well-written editorial content, monitoring healthcare news, working closely with UK journalists, preparing newsletters, maintaining client databases and CRM records, and ensuring all published content is accurate, relevant and timely.

Candidates from Journalism/Mass communication/Print Media background or those with a passion for content writing are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, evaluate and interpret data from multiple credible sources.
- Conduct in-depth research on the UK healthcare sector, including NHS organisations, healthcare providers, policies and industry developments.
- Research and validate healthcare-related data to ensure accuracy, completeness and reliability.
- Monitor UK healthcare news, regulatory updates and industry trends.




- Write transparent, engaging and well-structured news summaries, research updates and editorial content.
- Sub-edit and proofread articles to ensure accuracy, consistency, grammar, readability and adherence to editorial guidelines.
- Coordinate with UK journalists and editorial teams to clarify information, obtain updates and support content production.
- Prepare, compile and distribute daily, weekly and monthly newsletters.
- Update and maintain client CRM with validated information and contacts
- Meet productivity, quality and turnaround time targets while adhering to SOPs and editorial standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve research and editorial workflows using AI and automation tools.
- Work collaboratively with editors, quality analysts, researchers and client stakeholders
