Job Title: IT & NW Support Engineer - Associate /Senior Associate

Location: Primarily Vikhroli, Mumbai (adaptable to work at any of our Offices)

Shift: 8 and half hours (Monday- Saturday)

Experience Level: Minimum 2-5 years and above

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT & NW Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and contributing to the smooth delivery of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to hardware, software, and networking
- Set up, configure and troubleshoot issues related to laptops/desktops, network equipment, Operating systems and software applications, user ID & access management, email accounts and any other issues related to all IT equipment
- Maintain system and network uptime proactively and independently
- Maintain appropriate documentation and MIS reports




- Align the service delivery with the process compliance requirements of the IT Departments as well as the Organisation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an IT support/helpdesk environment
- Well versed with Operating systems(primarily Windows 10 and above), hardware and networking technologies
- Having worked with any of the Enterprise collaboration suites (preferably Google Workspace), Microsoft 365 or Zoho Suites
- Having worked with any of the Endpoint protection suites (Sophos preferred), security tools, and routine system maintenance.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and business problem solving skills with customer-focussed approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Flexible for varying shifts and willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute as a team player
- Any relevant certifications will be advantageous
