Role & responsibilities

- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop data transformations and integration solutions using Power Query, SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop analytical solutions to identify business trends, performance gaps, and opportunities.
- Transform manual and repetitive reporting processes into automated, dynamic, and scalable solutions.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and data quality.
- Optimize reports and data models for performance, scalability, and secure data access.
- Implement RLS and appropriate security controls for reporting solutions.
- Manage Power BI Service activities, including workspaces, refreshes, deployments, and report support.
- Explore Copilot, MCP, and AI capabilities to improve BI development, analytics,



and automation.
- Support troubleshooting, report enhancements, deployment, and continuous improvement of BI solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Power BI, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
- Relevant Power BI, Microsoft, or Data Analytics certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms, multiple data sources, and business reporting environments.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality BI solutions within defined timelines.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and RLS.
- Solid SQL skills with practical experience in Snowflake, Data Warehousing, and ETL/ELT.
- Hands-on experience in data visualization, KPI reporting, data quality, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting automation.
- Understanding of Finance, Operations processes and business KPIs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and AI-driven analytics is highly desirable.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams across different regions and time zones.
