Job Description Overview: Plant Quality Head

- Core Purpose: Oversee total plant quality, defect-free production, process improvement, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer complaint resolution.
- Key Responsibilities: Manage quality systems (IATF 16949, AS9100), lead internal/external audits, handle customer returns (8D, CAPA), ensure calibration of measuring instruments, and drive cost-reduction projects.
- Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Customer Rejection / PPM Reduction (20%)
- Internal Scrap Reduction & Cost of Quality (15%)
- Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) within 15 days (15%)
- Instrument Calibration Compliance (5%)
- ISO/IATF Audit Compliance (10%)
- Continuous Improvement Projects (10%)

- Qualifications & Experience: 1015 years of quality experience in manufacturing/automotive setups, extensive knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA), 8D problem-solving, and audit management.
