We're Hiring: Associate Vice President Accounting (US Real Estate Accounting)

Are you a seasoned accounting leader with deep expertise in US Real Estate Accounting and a proven track record of leading large-scale delivery operations?

We are looking for an Associate Vice President – Accounting to lead a high-performing India-based delivery center supporting multiple US real estate clients.

Location: Chennai and Coimbatore (On-site)
Team Size: 120+ FTEs
Domain: US Real Estate Accounting

Shift timings- Night shift (7PM-4AM)

Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of 15–20 US real estate clients.
Lead large teams across AP, AR, GL, CAM Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, Bank Reconciliations, and Month-End Close.
Drive profitability, operational excellence, process transformation, and automation initiatives.
Build strong client relationships and lead governance reviews.
Champion compliance, controls, audit readiness, and process standardization.
Lead, mentor,



and develop a team of 120+ professionals across multiple management layers.

16+ years of progressive accounting experience.
8–10+ .
Experience managing 100+ FTE teams in Shared Services, GCC, BPO, or Outsourced Accounting environments.
Solid expertise in US GAAP, Property Accounting, CAM Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, and Financial Operations.
Hands-on experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar Real Estate Accounting platforms.
Proven experience managing multi-client portfolios with P&L; accountability.
Strong stakeholder management, governance, and transformation leadership skills.

MBA (Finance), CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent
Lean Six Sigma, Yardi, MRI, or Process Excellence certifications are a plus
