About ACS Consultants

ACS Consultants is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment and a strong understanding of the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers/clients to clarify requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, references, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation and assist with offer closure.




- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and turnaround times.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related qualification will be an advantage.
