Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls from international clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify new business development opportunities by researching potential clients and creating targeted outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in BPO sales, domestic sales, or international sales (preferably in the IT services & consulting industry).
- Robust English communication skills (written & spoken) for effective phone conversations with international clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets in an inside sales role.
- Proficiency in Tamil language is required.
