Role & Responsibilities

We are a healthcare company looking for an E-Tendering Specialist to independently manage the complete government e-tendering process. The role involves identifying suitable tender opportunities, preparing tender documentation, and submitting bids through various e-Procurement portals and GeM (Government e-Marketplace).

Key Responsibilities:

- Search, identify, and evaluate relevant government tender opportunities.
- Independently handle the complete e-tendering process from tender identification to bid submission.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and compile all necessary tender documents within the specified timelines.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, consultants, and internal teams for required documents and quotations.




- Upload and submit technical and commercial bids through various e-Procurement portals and GeM.
- Monitor tender status, corrigenda, deadlines, and bid-related communications.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all tender-related documents.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidate should be able to independently handle the complete government e-tendering process.
- Experience in GeM and various State/Central Government e-Procurement portals is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of tender documentation, BOQ, quotations, and bid submission procedures.
- Good communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict tender submission deadlines..
