We're Hiring! - Senior Executive (IT) Distributor Management System (DMS) & Sales Force Application

We're looking for a technology-driven professional to support our DMS and SFA platforms, ensuring efficient sales operations and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support day-to-day DMS operations.
- Onboard distributors and ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Monitor SFA (Bizom) and Tally ERP/TallyPrime integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve distributor queries.
- Validate sales, inventory, returns, and master data.
- Generate MIS reports and business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, ERP Support, or DMS/SFA Administration.




- Hands-on experience with any Sales Force Automation (SFA) application.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/ TallyPrime, Tally integrations, and TDL.
- Understanding of Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and FMCG sales processes.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

- B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, or MCA.
- ERP or Computer Application certifications will be an added advantage.
