About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Domestic Recruiter with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing IT candidates for domestic clients, with a strong understanding of the C2H hiring model.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT domestic recruitment, with a primary focus on C2H requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective search strategies.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Explain C2H employment terms, contract duration, conversion process, and other relevant conditions to candidates.
- Coordinate technical and client interviews and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and close candidates within the approved budget.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers/ATS.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong database of IT professionals for upcoming C2H requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful candidate closures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IT Domestic Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in C2H / Contract-to-Hire hiring is highly preferred.
- Positive understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and skill requirements.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and other recruitment platforms.
