Responsibilities:

- Design the org structure and workflow for the post-production vertical, defining scope and handoffs between dubbing, editing, VFX, and sound mixing teams

- Hire, onboard, and manage functional heads for each sub-vertical

- Set up studio infrastructure - space, equipment, software - in partnership with the functional heads

- Own overall budget, resourcing, and vendor strategy (in-house vs. outsourced) across the vertical

- Manage project pipeline and delivery timelines across all sub-teams

- Set quality and process standards; resolve cross-functional bottlenecks

- Report on vertical performance, costs, and capacity to leadership

Requirements:





- 8+ years in media/entertainment post-production or production management, including experience hiring and managing technical/creative teams

- Working knowledge across editing, dubbing, VFX, and sound mixing workflows (hands-on craft expertise not required, but must be able to evaluate technical talent and workflows)

- Prior experience setting up a team, department, or facility from scratch

- Solid network in the Chennai/South Indian film, TV, or OTT post-production industry

- Budgeting, vendor management, and P&L; ownership experience
