Sales Intern – Education Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Intern to support the end-to-end education loan facilitation process at our partner educational institutes. This role involves direct interaction with students and parents, explaining loan-related processes, assisting customers throughout the loan journey, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The internship will provide hands-on exposure to sales, customer interaction, education finance, loan processing, and relationship management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact directly with students, parents, and customers at assigned educational institute partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate guidance on education loan solutions.
- Explain the complete loan process, documentation requirements, timelines, and applicable policies to customers.
- Clearly communicate key loan-related information, including EMI debit schedules, loan closure procedures, cancellation policies, and other terms.




- Assist customers with the end-to-end loan processing journey, ensuring all required information and documents are collected accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely processing of loan applications.
- Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure applications move smoothly through the process.
- Maintain accurate customer and application records as per company processes.
- Ensure a positive and satisfactory customer experience throughout the loan journey.
- Identify and escalate customer issues or process-related concerns to the appropriate Relationship Manager or Sales Manager.
- Handover customer details and relevant information to the designated Propelld Relationship Manager / Sales Manager after completion of the loan process for further service and support.
