Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an Inbound Voice Process handling a Government Process in Noida.

The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, understanding customer queries and providing accurate information and assistance as per defined process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally

- Understand and resolve customer queries

- Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance

- Follow SOPs, process guidelines and quality standards

- Maintain accurate customer interaction records

- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team

- Maintain productivity, quality and customer service standards

Candidate Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline

- Minimum 1 year of experience in:

- Inbound Voice Process

- Customer Support

- Customer Service





- BPO / Call Centre

- Voice Process

- Basic English communication skills

- Good verbal communication and listening skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- Customer-service oriented approach

- Immediate joiners preferred
