We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to promote and sell motorcycles. The role involves understanding customer requirements, demonstrating vehicle features, arranging test rides, achieving sales targets, generating leads, and ensuring a superior customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell motorcycles and related products to prospective customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test rides.
- Explain product features, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Update customer records and sales activities in the CRM/DMS system.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for motorcycles and sales.
- Ability to work towards targets.
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid two-wheeler riding license preferred.
