Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Assist the HR team in daily recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Eligibility
- Final-year students, graduates, or freshers.
- Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
