Main Duties and Tasks
- Bake breads, cakes, cookies, pies, and pastries using exact measurements.
- Design recent seasonal recipes and menu items.
- Decorate and present items with icing, glaze, or artistic toppings.
- Order baking ingredients and check inventory levels.
- Supervise, train, and guide junior bakers and kitchen assistants.
- Clean and maintain baking tools, ovens, and work stations. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Skills and Requirements
- Know baking science, mixing methods, and oven controls.
- Show creative flair in food decoration and flavor pairing.
- Follow health, safety, and kitchen hygiene rules.
- Stand for long hours and lift heavy bags of flour or sugar.
- Adapt to early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
