About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and tech-savvy Digital Operations & Retail Executiveto support our digital operations, retail activities, customer engagement, and day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate digital operations related to retail and sales activities.

Handle online retail platforms, product listings, and digital records.

Coordinate with dealers operations and internal sales teams.

Support digital marketing, social media, and online product promotion activities.

Maintain accurate demos, sales, retail, customer, and inventory-related data.

Prepare regular reports and track digital/retail performance.

Assist in implementing digital initiatives to improve retail reach and customer engagement.

Coordinate with field teams for product information, orders, and market updates.





Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of retail/customer queries.

Good knowledge of agriculture, seeds, crop production, or agri-inputs will be an advantage.

Comfortable working with computers, digital platforms, MS Excel, and online tools.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
