Job Overview: The Service Executive is responsible for attending to service tickets, resolving technical issues for product and project installations, managing AMC/CMC calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend daily service tickets and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Handle AMC and CMC service calls within the committed timeline.
- Check spare parts availability, warranty status, and coordinate replacements with vendors or manufacturers.




- Ensure proper installation of replaced or repaired parts and maintain inventory records.
- Prepare before site visits by reviewing service history, understanding the issue, and carrying necessary tools.
- Coordinate with Site Supervisor or Project team if labour support is required.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.
- Follow service checklists, report installation faults, and guide corrective actions.
- Track service visits, spare usage, repairs, and warranty compliance.
- Adhere to company SOPs and aim to resolve tickets within 48 hours.
