Key Responsibilities:
- Source products and identify reliable vendors for corporate gifting and customized merchandise.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders under the guidance of senior team members.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor vendor performance.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to understand purchase requirements.
- Ensure purchased products meet quality and delivery standards.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
- Support cost optimization initiatives by comparing supplier quotations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to source products and manage multiple vendors.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
