Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Real Estate/Construction/Business Development Mandatory)
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance & Experience)

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, promoting the company's residential and commercial projects, maintaining solid customer relationships, coordinating site visits, and contributing to the organization's business growth through office-based and field activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.




- Develop strategies to increase business opportunities and customer acquisition.

Client Relationship Management
- Meet prospective customers to understand their construction and property requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure prompt follow-up with prospective and existing clients.

Sales & Customer Consultation
- Explain the company's construction services, residential and commercial projects, pricing, and payment plans.
- Assist customers throughout the enquiry, negotiation, and booking process.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Site Visits & Project Promotion
- Arrange and coordinate client site visits.
- Present project features, amenities, layouts, and construction progress professionally.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing events.
