We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Centre Head. The Centre Head will be responsible for overseeing the productive operations of our educational institution, ensuring smooth functioning across various administrative and educational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assistant Staff Supervision & Reporting
- Follow up and verify completion of all tasks assigned to Assistant Staff.
- Maintain and update daily Work Report and To-Do List.

2. Enquiry Handling
- Provide course and admission-related information to walk-ins, parents, and students.
- Fill out hard-copy Enquiry Forms and follow up with demo lecture attendees.

3. Admissions Management
- Assist with admission process including:
- Filling of hard-copy enrolment forms
- Punching admission data into Arihant Edge App:
- Creating and explaining Fee Instalment Structure to parents

4. Promotion & Data Calling
- Conduct data calling for seminars, webinars, or promotional events.
- Post promotional material on:
- Social Media:




- WhatsApp Student Groups:
- Track responses, follow-up, and update excel sheets accordingly.

5. Fees Collection Monitoring
- Ensure Weekly & Monthly Fee Collection Targets are met through tracking and team coordination.

6. Exam Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with Exam Head for:
- Preparation and delivery of Question Papers and Answer Sheets:
- Manage:
- Exam Schedules (Shift-wise):
- Absent Calling:
- Supervisor Scheduling & Availability:
- Marks Entry on Arihant Edge App
- SMS Notification for marks

7. Academic Performance Analysis
- Conduct and share:
- Weekly Marks Analysis:
- Interact with parents of Top 5 and Bottom 5 students:
- Share academic progress and performance gaps
- Compare scores of online vs. offline exams

8. Counselling Coordination
- Schedule counselling sessions in coordination with the Centre Head and available staff.
- Ensure counselling execution for student progress and
