Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training on IT technologies.
- Conduct practical sessions, assignments, and project guidance.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Customize training sessions based on students' skill levels.
- Monitor student progress and provide continuous feedback.
- Keep course content updated with the latest industry trends.
- Support students in interview preparation and career guidance.
- Coordinate with the Training Head to ensure effective course delivery.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of one or more IT domains such as:
- Programming (Python, Java, C#, etc.)
- Web Development
- Data Science
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Data Analytics
- Software Development Frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Good problem-solving and mentoring skills.





Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 year experience with excellent technical knowledge can apply.
- Prior training or teaching experience is an added advantage.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in IT training or relevant industry experience.

Salary

₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
