Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to reach potential students.
- Provide program details and guide students in choosing the right course.
- Follow up with leads to ensure enrolment conversions.
- Maintain accurate call logs and lead data in the CRM system.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).




- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Prior experience in EdTech, telecalling, or student counselling preferred.
- Goal-oriented, dedicated, and motivated to meet targets.
