Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized diet counseling to patients with various medical conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity.
- Develop and implement customized meal plans for patients based on their nutritional needs and health goals.
- Conduct nutrition assessments and analyze patient data to identify areas of improvement in their diets.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience as a clinical dietician or related field.
- Solid knowledge of diet planning principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including those from underrepresented communities.
