Purpose of the Role

To support financial and operational performance by delivering accurate reporting, analysis, and administrative coordination. The role focuses on enhancing decision-making through data-driven insights, ensuring compliance with financial procedures, and supporting business unit efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

Financial Management & Reporting:

- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and forecasts
- Assist with budgeting and annual financial planning
- Monitor expenditure against budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and compliance with accounting standards

Data Analysis & Business Insights:

- Analyse SLA costs & data providing value added insights & trends to enable effective cost management
- Enhance data insights with automating reports & dashboards
- Manage the resolution of cost queries with various stakeholders
- Provide management reports for project related expenditure

SLA Billing

- Generate invoices to Countries for Costs channeled through BA Centre
- ICPs related to billing generated




- Generate data sets supporting the invoices

Compliance & Controls

- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures
- Support audit processes (internal and external)

Stakeholder Coordination

- Collaborate with internal & country stakeholders
- Support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis

Process Improvement

- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements
- Assist in implementing financial systems or automation tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

- Skilled qualification: Chartered Accountant
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- A minimum of 35 years finance experience
