Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business and operational decision-making through data-driven insights. The role involves analyzing operational and customer data, creating dashboards and reports, identifying improvement opportunities, and partnering with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and data models to support operational and strategic decisions.

- Provide insights to improve customer experience, reduce repeat contacts, and enhance service performance.

- Monitor key operational metrics and highlight risks, trends, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with business teams and SMEs to validate findings and develop improvement plans.

- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership and operational teams.

- Support automation, reporting, and data quality improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel,



and Power BI/Tableau.

- Experience working with operational, customer, or business performance data.

- Ability to quickly understand business processes and convert data into actionable insights.

- Robust communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

- Experience with Power BI, SQL Server, Python, or similar analytics tools.

- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) is an advantage.

- Experience in Utilities, Customer Operations, BPS/BPO, or Shared Services environments preferred.
