Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end execution and coordination of MEP services for the hotel project, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, cost efficiency, statutory compliance, and seamless commissioning and handover in line with approved designs and hospitality standards.

Role & responsibilities :

- Plan and manage the execution of MEP works for Hospitality projects, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing & drainage, fire fighting, fire alarm, ELV, STP, WTP, and allied services.
- Review and coordinate MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs in alignment with architectural and structural designs.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP activities in line with the overall project plan.
- Supervise in office execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and approved specifications.
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, local authority norms, and safety regulations.
- Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and manage changes during execution.
