Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Equity Sales / Relationship Manager to drive client acquisition, revenue generation, and relationship management within our Broking business. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting equity and investment products, managing trading relationships, and ensuring consistent business growth through active client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new clients for Equity, Demat, and Trading Accounts through various channels.
- Generate business through client acquisition and relationship management activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Assist clients with investment opportunities in Equity, Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, Bonds, and other financial products.
- Cross-sell and up-sell investment products to maximize revenue and client engagement.
- Provide regular market updates, investment insights, and trading support to clients.
- Handle client queries related to trading platforms, Demat accounts,



and investment products.
- Achieve monthly business targets related to client acquisition, activation, brokerage revenue, and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines prescribed by NSE, BSE, SEBI, and the organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.
- Robust understanding of Equity Markets, Derivatives, and Investment Products.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and business development.
- Ability to generate and nurture leads through references, networking, and market outreach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of trading platforms and market operations.
