Position: Senior HR Manager - Solar EPC

Location: Lucknow / Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Solar EPC roles including Project Managers, Site Engineers, Design Engineers, Procurement, Sales, and Leadership positions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage employee lifecycle, performance management, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRMS.
- Partner with department heads to meet manpower requirements across projects.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Build a high-performance culture across corporate and project sites.
- Lead and mentor the HR team.

Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.




- 8-12+ years of HR experience with at least 5+ years in the Solar EPC industry (mandatory).:
- Solid experience in technical and leadership hiring within Solar EPC.
- Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
- Experience handling corporate office and site workforce.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with C&I;, Rooftop, or Utility-Scale Solar EPC companies.
- Hiring for Engineering, Projects, Procurement, O&M;, and Sales functions.
- Experience in scaling HR processes for a growing Solar EPC organization.
